SunShine Property Company

Established in 2021 founded on Wyoming values and a real commitment to serve our clients. Phil Pike is the managing Broker/Owner with over 6 years in the business and over 25 years in Sales and Management.

Phil’s Bio

With over 23 years in outside sales in the Casper area Phil Pike is a powerhouse sales guy that can help Buyers buy and Sellers sell. With his strong marketing background he makes a very good Selling Agent and specializes in moderate size residential and land sales. “I love working with Buyers!” as well and he enjoys the challenge of finding just the right place and negotiating great deals on both sides of the ball.

Yes… He is related to “The Power River Pikes”. A Casper native and third generation Wyomingite Phil has a real down home personality and an excellent grasp of the unique market. Highly motivated and dedicated to helping his customers get the right deal, Phil is a valued member of the exclusive SunShine Property Company Team.

His interests include; bicycling, making music, gardening, raising his three kids, being engaged in the community through his band, gaming, friends and the Crimson Dawn Association of which he is the sitting President. He also believes in Giving Back to the Community through volunteering and financial donations. His favorite scholastic field is Math and Physics, favorite topic is religion and politics enjoys working with seniors and first time buyers.
