CMA. Under this plan we can also prepare a detailed Competitive Market Analysis for you for a $99 fee. This will give you a great leg up in making sure your home is priced appropriately and to see what is selling homes in your area, the average time on the market and more.

The Get it SOLD plan!

If you are committed to getting your home sold we can List your home with our agency. This does require a listing agreement but then we can really invest even more to get your house SOLD.  Over 88% of Homes Sell with the help of a REALTOR®! Let’s get it done! Full Listing, minimum 6 month at a negotiable commission!
